Project Purpose

Mapro is a legacy brand with deep consumer trust, spanning packaged FMCG products and experiential food destinations. The purpose of this project was to strengthen and evolve two of its key verticals, Mazaana Chocolates and Mapro Garden, through a unified yet tailored approach to product innovation, menu strategy, and brand experience.

The project aimed to balance innovation with familiarity. While introducing new flavors, formats, and experiences, it was essential to remain rooted in Mapro's established identity and quality standards. By combining FMCG R&D, culinary planning, training, and design consultancy, the objective was to elevate both retail products and on-ground dining experiences into cohesive, future-ready brand extensions.
