Project Purpose

Ninewatt Cafe was conceived as more than a coffee destination. The purpose of this project was to shape Ninewatt Cafe into a modern cafe experience where quality, sustainability, and community coexist naturally. The focus was on translating the brand's eco-conscious philosophy into a tangible, everyday experience for guests.

Rather than treating sustainability as a secondary message, the project aimed to weave it into every layer of the cafe, from sourcing and menu direction to spatial mood and customer engagement.
